We don't ask for a phone number or address when inviting you to join our mailing list.
We will not use the personal data you provide when subscribing to our newsletters for other purposes so the consent you give is specific to this use.

When you subscribe using the forms on this website your IP address and region are collected by our mailing list provider Wix.com for the purposes of recording your consent to receive our emails. This is required by the EU regulations.

We only collect the following information:

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Contact information limited to the email address

We collect the following information in order to fulfil our transaction with you if you buy something from us:

  • Name and address, telephone numbers.

  • Email address.

  • A delivery address if different from your main address.

Please note: if you purchase via our website using a credit or debit card, your card details are entered directly into our SSL secured merchant portal (Stripe/PayPal) and are not seen or retained by us.

We do not have access to your credit card details during the transaction.
If a credit or refund is necessary, this facility is provided by our merchant provider via their secure portal.
We will not retain your details in order to facilitate this.

What we do with the information we gather

If you subscribe to our email newsletters we will only use your personal data to send these emails. We do not engage in telemarketing, 3rd party marketing or list exchange activities.

If you purchase artwork online from this website

When you purchase artwork online we receive the following personal data about you from our payment provider Stripe/PayPal:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

  • Your physical address

  • Your IP address

  • The description of what you bought

This information is necessary for us to complete your purchase.
We archive this information in case we need to review the transaction at some time in the future. You may ask us to delete this information permanently.

How we use cookies

At present we don't use cookies to track your use of our website.
Stripe/PayPal may use cookies when processing card payments for items sold and these are handled by Stripe/PayPal without access available to us.

Our web hosting company gathers aggregated and anonymised data about which kind of web browser you use when visiting our site, which region you are in and which pages you look at and for how long. This aggregated data is available only as visit statistics, which can't be used to identify you.

A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. You can choose to accept or decline cookies.
