I saw this waiter at the Arabian Tea House restaurant in the Bastakiya, Dubai. I was fascinated by the way all the waiters tied their sparkling white, muslin keffiyehs. The folds twisted and draped so beautifully. It's fascinating to paint all the colours in white!
